Payment Policy
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.), including card payments. Advance payment may be required in some cases.
আমরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) এবং অনলাইন পেমেন্ট (বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট ইত্যাদি), কার্ড পেমেন্ট (ডেবিট/ক্রেডিট) গ্রহণ করি। কিছু ক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
Return & Exchange
Returns or exchanges are applicable within 3 days only for defective or wrong products. The product must be unused and in original condition.
ভুল বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যাবে। পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত এবং মূল অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not applicable.
শিপমেন্টের আগে অর্ডার বাতিল করা যাবে। শিপমেন্টের পর বাতিল করা যাবে না।
Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
কুরিয়ার বা অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত পরিস্থিতির কারণে বিলম্বের জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।
